Private Workshops:

You provide the space, we bring the rest!

10 person minimum, Deposit required to reserve your date

3 hours of pure DIY fun! After we decide on a date we will create a link for everyone in your party to signup and pay.  Everyone gets their choice of hat or tote, unlimited stencils and supplies, use of our tools, and a trip to the Hat Bar to accessorize your piece!

Cost: $97 per person

Each person needs a spot to sit with access to electricity- a few outlets nearby is great, we will provide all of the extension cords.  We also require 2 tables/spaces for our materials and supplies.

$200 deposit required to reserve your date.  Deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to 2 class fees as long as you reach the 10 person minimum and don't have to cancel for any reason.

Public Workshops:

Have a venue and want to collaborate on an event?

Public workshops are a great way to bring in some new faces on a night you might be slower, or to generate some extra sales from a large group! We are willing and able to travel anywhere in the US! Currently we offer workshops in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Vermont, New York and Arizona.

Space Requirements: Each person needs a spot to sit- like a generous dinner table spot.  (A six foot folding table can comfortably fit 4-5 participants)  We also need access to electricity- a few outlets near the tables is great- we'll bring all the extension cords.  And don't worry, the tools draw very little power, if anything was to trip it would trip the power strip and not effect the venue.  (We've never had that happen but just in case we also carry liability insurance)

We also need two tables/spaces for our setup- one for the hat bar and one to set out the stencils.

Advertising: We take care of creating all the advertising and handling all ticket sales. Once we decide on a date we'll create a flyer, a link on our website for people to signup and pay, and a Facebook event with you as co-host. We just ask that you add the event to your page and post the flyer a few times before the class to ensure a great turnout- this is key to having a successful soldout event! We will also share the event and pay for ads as necessary.

Cost: There is no cost to the venue to host. Please let us know if you charge anything to use your space.

We typically like to book 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure we have enough time for advertising.

Minimum class size 15, maximum depends on available space.

Message us with any questions or if you would like to find an available date!
