Shipping
Most items ordered from Burlap and Barnwood are made to order every time. All orders are produced & shipped in the order they were placed. Our goal is to have your hand made item finished and ready to ship to you within 14 days from the time of your order. At times, orders may be delayed due to increase orders during peak times during the year. Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service or UPS. After your item is finished and delivered to the shipping carrier, items can take up to 14 days to arrive at their destination and can take longer from time to time.
Returns
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for damaged items.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange please email us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at info@burlapandbarnwood.com informing us of the damage. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage or defect to process your claim. Once the item is approved for refund or exchange, we will email you a Prepaid Return Label to ship your item back. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship you a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
